SHIP TIMES - Certain items ship directly from our manufacturers. The approximate "ship time" is listed for each item. Please note that the "ship time" is the allotted time that the item will ship from the manufacturer (not the delivery time). Orders placed on Friday evening (after 6 pm EST) Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - At this time Annabean.com does not ship internationally.

CUSTOM / PERSONALIZED ORDERS - Custom orders are made to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned. Full payment for custom items is due when the order is placed. Cancellation of a custom order must be made within 3 business days. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions before placing your custom order.

RETURN POLICY - The Anna-Bean Guarantee - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in the condition you received it with the original sales receipt within 10 days. We will gladly credit your original method of payment (excluding delivery charges) or exchange the item. Sale items are not returnable. A return authorization is required for all returns. Please email us at info@annabean.com for an RA# and further return instructions. Items received without an RA# will be refused.

Please note that certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and cannot be returned. This will be clearly stated in the item description. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions that you may have prior to placing your order.

RESTOCKING FEES - A restocking fee will be charged for certain items. The restocking fee is clearly listed on the item description page. If you have any questions regarding a restocking fee please contact us before placing your order. Restocking fees range from 20-30% of the order total depending on the item.

SALES TAX - 7% sales tax will be collected on non-clothing items shipped to a New Jersey address. 7% sales tax will also be charged to shipping rates for items shipped to a New Jersey address.
